Since its inception, AGREA Farm School has been deeply committed to transforming lives through
education and livelihood training. One of the cornerstones of this mission is our partnership with the
Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)—a collaboration that has paved the way
for thousands of individuals to pursue meaningful careers in agriculture.
To date, we are proud to have graduated almost 3,000 scholars from our training programs, equipping
them with essential skills and knowledge in two crucial areas: Organic Agriculture Production and
Agricultural Crops Production. These programs are carefully designed not only to provide theoretical
understanding but also hands-on, practical learning, ensuring that trainees gain real-world experience
that is directly applicable to the agricultural landscape.
Upon completing their training, scholars undergo a rigorous competency assessment. Those who
successfully pass are awarded a National Certificate (NC), a highly respected credential recognized
across the Philippines. This certification serves as a powerful tool, opening doors to employment
opportunities both locally and abroad. Whether they aspire to work on commercial farms, establish
their own agribusinesses, or contribute to community-based food production, graduates are well-
prepared to take the next steps in their professional journey.

Beyond individual career advancement, the program also contributes to broader societal goals. By
promoting sustainable and organic farming practices, we are helping to ensure food security, encourage
environmental stewardship, and support the long-term growth of rural communities. Many of our
graduates have gone on to become leaders and advocates within their communities—sharing their skills,
starting their own farming enterprises, and inspiring others to pursue agriculture as a viable and
rewarding livelihood.
At AGREA Farm School, we firmly believe that empowering people through education is key to building
stronger, more resilient communities. Our partnership with TESDA is not just about producing
graduates—it’s about cultivating a new generation of agricultural leaders who are ready to meet the
challenges of tomorrow and create lasting, positive change.
